This is a good tip, but isn't it destroying the integrity of the tile and grout. What happens if you want to re-grout. It is an impressive demonstration though

Yes, I agree it would require considerable work to bring the tile back to its original state - but paint remover could be used, although it would be a messy job. You could certainly remove grout and replace it - then paint over everything again. In our kitchen my wife changed the color scheme and decided to paint just the 'diamond' accent tiles on our backsplash - and I wish she had not done that. So I think depending on the project, the expected lifestyle of the decor should be a consideration.
