New jobs: Where to find new work?
Wow! It's getting pretty depressing out here! I'm usually very optimistic. I have been receiving calls from tile setters that worked for me years and years ago. Calls from contractors I've trained and gone on their own, getting their own licenses. I see trucks sitting at all the tile distributors with workers with very clean clothes, tools and their trucks are sparkeling clean. I even saw a huge flat bed pull up to return 3 sheets of hardybacker for credit. Laborers are doing journeymens work for half their normal wages to my customers. I would like to compete but doing 3 jobs for the normal profit for 1 is becoming common place. How creative can I be with the knowledge I have to increase my sales. Does anybody have some good imput other then move away from southern Califonia?

    Sincerely STRESSED!
