Stone Enhancer

USES: Use on interior/exterior natural stone, marble, granite, limestone, brick, slate, saltillo, unglazed tile, grout and masonry surfaces. Works on most porous architectural substrates.

APPLICATION: Read entire label before using. Surface must be clean, dry and free of existing sealers or coatings. Apply and saturate surfaces using a paint brush, paint roller, paint pad/applicator, clean towel or low pressure sprayer with no more than 25 psi. Note: Do NOT Aerosolize. Be sure that any sealer that does not penetrate surface is polished off surface within 5 minutes of application using absorbent paper or cotton towels. If 2 or more coats are applied, allow a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours drying time between coats. Achieves full cure in 48 hours. Some highly porous surfaces may require an additional coat after full cure. Clean applicator tools with mineral spirits after each use.

MAINTENANCE: The Tile Doctor Advanced Tile and Stone Cleaner is recommended for surface cleaning.

GROUT RELEASE APPLICATION: For new installations, follow application procedure above. Allow to cure a minimum of 2 hours before applying grout.

TEST A SMALL AREA According to application instructions with a 24-hour cure time to determine desired results. Test for stain repellency using likely contaminants. Once enhanced, porous surfaces cannot be restored to original color appearance.

WARNING: COMBUSTIBLE Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Caution: use in well-ventilated areas. Do not use this product with high pressure sprayers. Use low pressure sprayers with no more than 25 psi. Do not aerosolize. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Rubber gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. IF INGESTED: if person is conscious, immediately give 2 glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention. EYE CONTACT: Flush with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. SKIN CONTACT: Wash immediately with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. INHALATION: relocate to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

EXPECTED WEAR: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products used. The expected wear is up to 10 years. Exterior applications may require more frequent reapplication. Weather condition, harsh cleaning methods, and high alkaline, acidic or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear.

LIMITATIONS: Do not allow sealer to come in contact with any non-recommended surface as product is not completely removable. Sealers and finishes should not be used before or after use of Stone Enhancer. If Stone Enhancer is not WIPED COMPLETELY DRY within 5 minutes, a residue may form. If residue occurs, use a scrub brush with alcohol to remove. Sealer will not prevent surface wear or protect from acids or caustic chemicals.

HANDLING AND STORAGE: Close container tightly after each use. Store in original container in a cool, dry area. Dispose of residue or any unused leftover product in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
